T-Mobile, "The Un-Carrier," has built an innovative identity based on customer obsession. To raise awareness for their San Francisco Signature flagship store—the largest T-Mobile store in the world—we helped them launch the location in 2018 by creating and producing all components of their "Signature Series." This "Signature Series" was designed to be an in-store experiential program that integrated entertainment, food, wine, tech, music, and gaming. From live concerts, entrepreneurial panels, and LGBTQ+ Pride celebrations, the event experience cemented the store as a lifestyle hub and a standout destination among the SF community. As a result of this success, T-Mobile plans to bring the "Signature Series" to all flagship locations in 2020.


Our T-Mobile Gaming Event embraced SF-based fighting games community (FGC) to celebrate their passion with open 1v1 “King of the Hill” style tournaments.


Custom treatments and invites for each installment of the "Signature Series" were designed to speak to a specific consumer, creating an environment for authentic engagements and increased guest attendance.


To amplify the event profile, we procured talent that combined professional gamers, gaming content creators and veteran shoutcasters.
